As an Independent Insurance Agency ICI is working for you and not an insurance
company. It is this fact that differentiates Insurance Correlators Inc.
from other organizations and allows us to offer a unique service for our
customers. Our claims department is dedicated to protecting customers from
unfair claim practices and to expediting an equitable settlement. In many
cases we are even able to adjust the claim ourselves and issue you a claim
draft on the same day that you report the loss to our office.
Our philosophy has always been to take an active role in guiding customers through their claims from beginning to end. ICI will take an aggressive stance on your behalf, whether acting as a third party claimant, negotiating property
values or attempting to collect from an uninsured motorist.

and continual monitoring, reporting and follow up.
